Important Changes to our Fee structure:

From 1 October 2026, C2S is officially VAT‑registered.

As part of this change, we have taken the opportunity to revise our pricing structure to ensure fairness, transparency and value for all clients.

Rather than simply adding VAT to our existing fees, we have tried to absorb as much of the VAT cost as possible. This is reflected in a reduction to all of our base fees for our three main support services, to ensure that our new prices remain affordable and transparent.

Our new VAT‑inclusive fees are as close as possible to our previous fees and in the case of PIP, significantly lower— a deliberate decision to support clients during a time when many are facing financial pressure.

Similarly, we have reduced the cost of our optional additional support services - acknowledging that these are only occasionally required by a small number of our clients

We have taken this opportunity to reduce our PIP fee to a single, fair price that applies to all types of PIP applications. Previously, our fee reflected the significantly higher workload involved in mental health–related claims (which we have tended to specialise in) given their often additional complexities.

Our new structure ensures every client pays the same clear, consistent price, regardless of the complexity or time involved.

The result is a simpler, more transparent and more equitable fee structure— and a commitment to keeping our services accessible while maintaining the highest professional standards.
